§ Research
An evolving body of work on the architecture of organisations.
A research agenda anchored in the belief that organisations perform best when human capital governance, organisational development, leadership and employee wellbeing are designed as interconnected systems rather than isolated functions.

The programme welcomes academic partners, funded research collaborations and institutional partners interested in human capital governance, organisational development, leadership, workplace wellbeing and public sector capability building.
