An inquiry into how conscious leadership and digital mental health ecosystems can transform workplace wellbeing within hybrid South African workplaces — examining the conditions under which organisations can design care, capability and coherence into the architecture of work itself.

This dissertation investigates the conditions under which conscious leadership and digital mental health ecosystems contribute to transformational wellbeing in hybrid South African workplaces.
